National Library Week Activities
Tuesday, April 16
County Library
Bring Your Child to the Library Day: All Day
- Each child who visits the library will receive a special prize.
Mr. Sandy's Library Storytime: 10:30 am
- Visit with Sandy Whitesides, Director of the Shenandoah County Library
Fairytale Time: 6:30 pm
- Celebrate the joy of reading with stories, songs, and crafts.
New Market Area Library
Bring Your Child to the Library Day: 1-5 pm
- Each child who visits the library will receive a special prize.
Strasburg Community Library
Bring Your Child to the Library Day: 4-6 pm
- Children are invited to celebrate National Library Week (and Week of the Young Child) by decorating a flower pot, then adding a plant to take home.
Wednesday, April 17
