Shenandoah County

The County Library will hold its annual Chocolate Festival on Thursday, February 14 at 6:00 pm.  Dip a marshmallow in melted chocolate, have a heart painted on your face or hand, create a special Valentine's card, and play games at this special event.  We hope to see you there!
