Shenandoah County

Rosa L. Ramsey was a dedicated and knowledgeable volunteer with the Fort Valley Library for many years.  She brought a joyful spirit to her work and brightened the lives of the library's users.  She is greatly missed.  Read more about her accomplishments here.
